These Terms outline the rights and obligations between you ("Participant," "you," or "your") and Shaun Maslyk, representing Shaun Maslyk ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your participation in the Program.
Program Overview
The Financial Anthems Program is designed to provide online money coaching and self-reflection exercises to help you gain insight into your personal relationship with money. It includes online materials, one-on-one coaching sessions, and the creation of a personalized song.
Not Acting as a Licensed Financial Advisor
While Shaun Maslyk is a licensed financial advisor, he is not acting as a licensed financial advisor in this Program. Shaun is acting as a coach and facilitator to provide guidance and support based on his expertise and experience. The information and guidance provided in the Program are for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional financial advice.
Professional Assistance
If you require professional financial advice or counseling services, it is important to seek assistance from a qualified financial advisor or counselor. We encourage you to consult with a licensed financial advisor, counselor, or other relevant professionals at your discretion.
Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that your participation in the Financial Anthems Program is voluntary, and you are solely responsible for your choices, actions, and results. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from your participation in the Program.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information shared during the Financial Anthems Program. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided in the Financial Anthems Program, including but not limited to written content, videos, audio recordings, and the personalized song, are protected by intellectual property rights. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Program's materials without our explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shaun Maslyk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Financial Anthems Program.
Modification or Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Financial Anthems Program, including these Terms, at any time and for any reason without prior notice. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes that may affect your participation.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or relating to the Financial Anthems Program or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Alberta Canada.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Shaun Maslyk regarding your participation in the Financial Anthems Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
By participating in the Financial Anthems Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with the Program.
